Very poor all round. The defence was dire.Shape laughable. Our two best players in pre season given no time. Alese best defender in pre season allowed to go. No youth in final game and Declan at center back where he can't dictate the game. Nil points after 6 games. Same old Moyes and he' atill trying to shoe in Masuaku, the worst player in the PL, who?

We did have both our strikers out so it was always going to be no more than a run out.
They definitely looked more aggressive than us and that has been the same in most of these friendlies… I’m sure it will be different come Sunday!!

I don't watch streams and I don't watch friendlies, but it sounds like the same old from last season. Hopefully someone will give us a couple of tracksuits for Benrahma.

Defensively we didn’t look too bad from what I saw. That is apart from Zouma passing to the opposition and giving a dangerous free kick away in the space of five minutes.
We lacked quality and ideas going forward. Massuaku needs to go ASAP. Benrahma should not be starting most games.
Our squad is lacking depth.
We knew all this in January.

My god that was poor. Benrahma constantly giving the ball away as usual, Fornals had some nice touches but kept trying stupid flicks that never came off, Bowen most times he carried the ball it was backwards, Soucek slow of thought and movement. The only decent bit of invention in front of goal was Coventry and Bowen just before the end. Got a lot of work to do this week and let's hope Scamacca hits the ground running.

Sounds like a continuation of our lethargic preseason form.
Why were we in France, when was the last time we didnt have a home match the week before the season?
Were we banned from the Olympic Park because they are using the velodrome for BIRMINGHAM'S Commonwealth Games?
We now have Antonio AND Scamacca & neither plays? WTF
And we appeared to pick a system to get Masuaku into the team. More WTF
